Disruptive Archetype – Coachy McCringe™

Hi, I’m Coachy McCringe™

— I’ve got 12 tips, 4 frameworks, and 0 emotional presence.

🧁 VANILLA (with sprinkles of 💞 Warm… but definitely not Deep)

I think I’m crushing it with value-packed content and “inspirational” advice — but let’s be honest… my posts feel like LinkedIn had a baby with a self-help PDF. Everything I share is technically helpful… but no one feels anything when they read it.

I confuse “consistency” with “copy/paste.”
I confuse “value” with “volume.”
I think I’m educating, but I’m really… overwhelming.

How I Show Up Online

Facebook:
Daily quote graphics with “Let’s go!” as the caption. Think: Canva carousels with buzzwords like consistency, clarity, confidence.

“Tag a friend who needs this today 💪🔥✨”

Instagram:
White backgrounds with black Helvetica font. Swipe-through “5 Ways to Build Authority Online.” Aesthetic: Bland Boss Mode. No face. No fun.

TikTok / Shorts:
Me standing in my kitchen, dead-eyed, repeating something I read in Atomic Habits or The Slight Edge.
Hook: “Here’s why you’re not consistent…”

YouTube:
10-minute tutorials titled “How I Got 3 Clients with a Lead Magnet” — but no actual proof, story, or energy. Just slides and steps.

LinkedIn:
Long posts that start with “Here’s the thing about growth…” and end with “Let me know your thoughts 👇” but no one replies.

Pinterest:
Infographics with titles like “10 Steps to Wake Up Earlier” or “Batch Your Content Like a Boss” pinned to boards labeled CEO Energy.

Threads:
“I don’t know who needs to hear this, but: drink water, stay focused, stay aligned.”
(We didn’t.)

Biggest Lie I Tell Myself

“I’m delivering high-value content.”

My Root Fear or Wound

If I let people see the real me, they won’t think I’m smart enough or credible enough to lead.
So I hide behind bullet points.

What People Feel When They Land On My Content

“She seems… smart? But I’m not sure I trust her with my transformation.”
I feel like a business coach trying to write a textbook.
